easter is so much more fun when there's children around. that goes for every single holiday.

today was missing chicago

also, and separately, today i heard 'refuses to settle,' as opposed to 'hasn't found someone.' i like that better.

while i'm thinking of it

be a better listener
learn to french braid, preferably my own hair
do more of what i want instead of what i think i should do
slow down, otherwise known as enjoy the *moment*
successfully learn to crack an egg with one hand (and any other crafty tricks i can learn)
knit something besides a scarf
and, i think a repeat of last year - and worth the repeating - stop judging, stop talking about other people, stop comparing, stop starting with negative thoughts. otherwise known as be kind.
